My name is Mary, I’m 21 years old and I live in Buffalo, NY. I’m a nursing student. I’m most happy when doing any combination of the following: eating cheese, marathoning TV, drinking wine. I tend towards run on sentences and yelling at myself in the third person in the tags. I have the chronic problem of being unable to stay one hair color for an extended length of time, so if you want home hair dyeing advice I’m your girl. This one time I knocked out two of my teeth because I tripped, and it haunted me for months. In general, I am a narcissistic human disaster.
I watch a lot of shows and movies, so the frequency that I post a certain show tends to fluctuate with what’s currently on or what I’m rewatching. I post Game of Thrones/ASOIAF pretty much year round, and other things I post fairly frequently are Community, Luther, Battlestar Galactica, Parks and Recreation, and Buffy the Vampire Slayer, but honestly I can’t make any promises that this blog will ever be remotely balanced.
I care very strongly about feminism and sex-positivity, but besides those things I rarely post much about social issues. I talk about my personal life on here once in a while but it’s always tagged with #personal and if it’s more than a few sentences it’s hidden under a read more break.
I Photoshop sporadically. Sometimes I get overwhelmed with work, or I actually go out and interact with the world, or I’m too busy marathoning a show to stop and gif any of it, etc for days or weeks. I do take requests, although I can’t guarantee I’ll do them in a timely fashion. I never finish memes. If you repost any of my gifs or graphics or change the source on them to your own blog I will hunt you down and kill you.
If a show has aired (EST) I do not consider its content a spoiler and may post it. It will always be tagged with the show name, so your best bet is to Tumblr Savior that until you’ve seen it. So do that or don’t go on Tumblr until after you’ve seen it if you’re adamant about not being spoiled. Or just don’t follow me. There also may be ASOIAF/Game of Thrones spoilers on this blog. I try and tag those with #asoiaf or #asoiaf spoilers, so I would suggest Tumblr Savioring those tags if you only watch the show or haven’t finished reading the books.
